Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a confidential space for you to work through your unique challenges. The process is directed by you, meaning that you decide on the direction and depth of exploration. My role is to help you process your experience in an effort to help you reach your specific goals.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress or relationship issues, I am here to support you through your journey. I incorporate several different therapeutic approaches, for example, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I also operate from a trauma-informed and culturally attuned perspective.
